Flyback1 czyli prosta przetwornica napięcia na transformatorze ADSL

http://obrazki.elektroda.pl/3566117300_1400602041_thumb.jpg Inspiracja: http://www.dos4ever.com/flyback/flyback.html (Powyższa strona jest przetłumaczona na elektrodzie w dziale artykuły tłumaczone) Tym razem zadaniem na weekend było zbudowanie przetwornicy dostarczającej napięć +6 -6V z napięcia 25-40V. Zostanie ona użyta w nieco większym projekcie zasilacza (napięcie -6V będzie tam potrzebne do zasilania wzmacniaczy operacyjnych, +6 dla „logiki”). Oczywiście najprościej było by użyć tam drugiego transformatora 50Hz (lub innego z odpowiednimi uzwojeniami), ale ponieważ chciałem przyjrzeć się nieco bliżej działaniu przetwornicy typu flyback, postanowiłem zbudować bezpieczną dla zdrowia miniaturkę powszechnego w zasilaczach rozwiązania. Jest wiele różnych kontrolerów pwm przeznaczonych do tego zastosowania (można by tu zastosować np coś z rodziny UC3842) ale zgodnie z inspiracją użyłem nieśmiertelnej kostki 555 (podobno można na niej nawet zrobić odbiornik radiowy :D ) . Użycie transformatora ADSL wynikało z faktu, że mam tego złomu pod dostatkiem. Skoro już jesteśmy przy finansach. Koszt części do przetwornicy wyniesie zapewne poniżej 10zł. Ponieważ wszystkie części miałem na magazynie, więc musi wystarczyć przybliżony szacunek. Zapewne najdroższy byłby transformator (można gdzieniegdzie znaleźć ich ceny), ale nikt nie będzie takiego specjalnie kupował, zresztą nie do zasilaczy są one przeznaczone. Co innego jak mamy ich kilogram, a można je do czegoś spożytkować. Przedstawiona przetwornica może dostarczyć bez problemu 100mA na każde z napięć, przy czym stabilizowane jest +5.8V (patrz sprzężenie zwrotne). Na co jaka część (dawno nie było tego działu dla piaskowniczan więc poprodukujmy się chwilkę :)) Na początek zacznijmy od „kontrolera” PWM który jest zasilany ze źródła stałoprądowego zbudowanego na 78L05 o wartości 9.3mA ustalonej rezystorem R7. Rezystor R8 1k użyty jest z powodu ograniczenia maksymalnego napięcia stabilizatora 78L05. Dla <30V może on wynosić 0R (można go pominąć). Elementy R3 R4 oraz C10 ustalają częstotliwość generatora na max około 65kHz. R5 służy do spolaryzowania wejścia komparatora (kontrola wypełniania). Rezystor R2 dla tak miniaturowej przetwornicy można by sobie darować, ale ja dałem na bramkę 47R. Również R1 można by zastąpić zwora, ale 10R zadziała tutaj jak zabezpieczenie tranzystora. W bardziej rozbudowanej wersji można by mierzyć na nim prąd płynący przez mosfet, puki co można sobie tutaj podejrzeć, jak wygląda prąd transformatora, czy się przypadkiem nie nasyca itp. Dioda D2 służy tylko i wyłącznie zabezpieczeniu mosfeta, ponieważ katalogowe napięcie DS wynosi 100V. Bez tej diody tranzystor BSS296 pracuje poprawnie z szpilkami dochodzącymi do 200V (ale nie wiadomo jak długo by tak pociągnął). Jeśli kogoś razi jej podłączenie w taki sposób, informuję, że pojemność tranzystora i transformatora jest na tyle duża, że dioda ta nie ma praktycznie żadnego wpływu na sprawność działania przetwornicy. Ponieważ szkoda byłoby nie wykorzystać możliwości separacji galwanicznej, tranzystor sterujący wejście CON timera 555 zastąpiłem transoptorem, który po stronie wtórnej jest sterowany klasycznie regulatorem TL431. Użycie takiej referencji umożliwiło bardzo dokładną stabilizację napięcia, niezależnie od obciążenia. R9 R10 R11 ustalają napięcie, które bez wlutowanego R9 wynosi równe 5V (akurat do mojego zastosowania potrzebowałem nieco więcej, stąd dodatkowy rezystor przesuwający napięcie do 5.8V). Kondensator C12 zapewnia odpowiednią stabilność pętli regulacji napięcia wyjściowego), R6 R12 dostarczają zasilanie do transoptora, oraz ustalają odpowiedni „punkt pracy” TL431. Ze względu na stabilność pętli regulacji, mimo niewielkiego prądu jaki będzie pobierany z przetwornicy, kondensator filtrujący w gałęzi +5V musi mieć dość sporą pojemność. Eksperymentalnie ustaliłem jego wartość na 100uF (tantal). W gałęzi -5V pozostał kondensator ceramiczny 4uF. L1 L2 C1 C2 to filtr wygładzający napięcie. Typ użytego transoptora jest mi nieznany, wyjęty ze starego telefonu stąd dwie diody. Można bez problemu zastosować dowolny transoptor z jedną diodą (nie przypuszczam aby parametr sprzężenia optycznego miał większe znaczenie, a nie będę już tego sprawdzał). Znany natomiast jest model użytego transformatora z modemu ADSL - CE1069. Transformatory te posiadają najczęściej po dwa uzwojenia na każdej ze stron. Manipulując przełożeniem, można bez problemowo dostosować je do pracy w dowolnej konfiguracji podwyższającej lub obniżającej napięcie dla zakresu do około 40V. W moim przypadku uzwojenie pierwotne to połączone w szereg dwa uzwojenia, co docelowo dało przekładnie 4:1 (dokładniejsze dane transformatora znajdują się w załączniku FLYBACK1 CE1069.pdf). W założeniu transformatory te są skonstruowane do przenoszenia częstotliwości od 30kHz do ponad 1MHz, jednak w naszym przypadku z powodu strat oraz zakłóceń, warto pozostać przy max 100kHz (jak widać na zdjęciu przekrój drutu jest niewielki, w rekompensacie za straty, prawdopodobnie większa „impedancja” wyjściowa przełoży się na skuteczniejszą filtrację napięcia). Diody za „trafkiem” to dowolne szybkie diody impulsowe. Z powodu maksymalnego prądu rzędu 100mA, wystarczyły 1N4148. Ciekawostką jest fakt, że nieobciążona przetwornica działa z częstotliwością 3kHz, co wpływa na poprawę sprawności dla małych obciążeń, jednak nie polecam użytkować jej z tak małymi prądami.(Bez obciążenia transformator nie piszczy mimo 3kHz, piski natomiast można zaobserwować nawet z nominalnym obciążeniem w przypadku niestabilnej pracy sprzężenia zwrotnego regulacji napięcia spowodowanej np. zastosowaniem Cmos-owej wersji układu 555, lub zbyt małą pojemnością w filtrze +5V).
