Komputer PC - Restart komputera przy przeciążeniu karty graficznej

Witam mam nadzieje że w dobrym temacie to piszę Mam problem ze swoim komputerem od jakiegoś czasu komputer się resetuje przy bardziej wymagajacych grach ale także po kilku sekundach przy stresie karty graficznej. Może ktoś mi podpowie czy rozwiązania szukac w karcie graficznej czy raczej zasilaczu.
