DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Before you start dismantling!
For your safety be sure the plug
is disconnected from the mains!
How to disassemble the PCBAs
After opening the Middle Cover and Filter-Housing, you can see the Fan and Motor ASSY. Please find
the screws in the orange circles. Remove the screws on the Middle Cover, you can see the POWER
PCBA.
Then you can disassemble the POWER PCBA , UI PCBA and IAQ-Ring_PCBA by removing their
screws.

How to disassemble the Motor
After opening the Middle Cover and Filter-Housing, you can see the Fan and Motor ASSY.
Then you can remove the nut on Fan and the screws on Motor ASSY to disassemble Fan & Motor.

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
TROUBLE SHOOTING - No Power
Is the
power supply voltage
normal?
Is the
connection of the
power cord connector
normal?
No
Check the power supply.
Check the power outlet circuit
connection and power supply
Power connector connection fault
Connect the connector correctly.
Micro switch defect
Yes
If the voltage is out of the
85V~264V range, the power is
abnormal.
The power is irregular or
over voltage.
No
Replace the micro switch.
The connecting harness is
inserted incorrectly.
Insert the connecting harness
correctly.
Yes
Is the micro
switch contact normal?
No
Yes
Is the
connecting harness
correctly engaged?
No
Yes
Is the fuse open?
Yes
The fuse is open.
Replace the power PCBA.
No
Is the
operating voltage of
UI PCBA DC 5V?
No
PCBA power circuit defect
Check and replace the Power PCBA.

When the unit is not working (Micro S/W Open)

Water tank assembled
properly?

The water tank is improperly
assembled.

The UI PCBA is defective.
Check and replace the UI PCBA.

the micro switch is closed by
force?
Yes
The power PCBA
power circuit is
defective.

The micro switch operation is

Check the power PCBA and
replace it if necessary.
Check the water tank and
replace it if necessary.
Check the micro switch and
replace it if necessary.
When the power is turned off of itself
Is the motor
connected normally?

The connection to the
Power PCBA is defective.
