Takiej diody nie Sprawdzisz w ten sposób (multimetr daje za niskie napięcie). Podłącz szeregowo diodę przez rezystor ok. 100Ω i zasilaczem lub baterią np. 12V i multimetrem nastawionym na pomiar prądu zakres 100 - 200mA. Diodę podłączasz raz w jedną raz w drugą stronę, jeżeli w jednym położeniu popłynie prąd, a w drugim nie popłynie dioda najprawdopodobniej jest dobra.
