niestety ponowne wgranie tamtego softu nie pomaga, sprawa jest bardziej skomplikowana. Znalazlem oficjalna instrukcję serwisową od NOKII:

PHONE DOES NOT START UP
Symptom:
Phone does not start up when pressing the power key. When pressing the
power key notification light and display backlight wake up. Vibra makes one
jog. Phone will take 230 mA current, but nothing else happens. After 30
seconds phone will power off.
With Phoenix you can't get connected to the phone. You can update phone
software, but it doesn't help anything. Phone doesn't start test mode in
Phoenix.
Above described case can be solved by flashing a file erasing the PMM data
from the phone and flashing it with new SW. Erase file is available on NOL.
Note! This file does not fix other issues such as if phone starts to test
mode but not to normal mode. Also this file should not destroy
undamaged device.
Procedure:
1) Flash E66_blank_504KB_pmm_10.fpsx file to phone with firmware update:
Firmware Update- & gt; Options - & gt; select E66_blank_504KB_pmm_10.fpsx into
Image field and empty other fields
2) Flash the whole SW package to phone with firmware update
3) Run factory settings
Phone should work now. Phone memory is empty and you can't save any old
data from phone memory. Memory card and SIM card should work as earlier
