Witam, padł mi telewizor (już drugi w tym miesiącu - chyba się załamię :( ) mianowicie po włączeniu telewizor wyłącza się i zaczyna migać czerwona dioda 5 x. Gdy telewizor stał tydzień odłączony, po ponownym włączeniu pojawił się napis HDMI, telewizor działał może z 5 sekund po czym wyłączył się i zaczął mrugać 4x, teraz po włączeniu tylko 5x mruga. Z opisów wyczytałem, że to moduł T-con? Napięcia z zasilacza w trybie standby 12,45V po właczeniu i gdy zaczyna mrugać 0, w trybie standby na listwy ledowe idzie 6,4V (na każdej linii w każdym z 4 złączy). Sprawdziłem PANEL_VCC 12.5V - niestety 0 V oraz JL9112 (BACKLIGHT_MON) - ma być między 0.98V a 1.23V, w standby 0,4V później 0V. Proszę o jakieś rady. edit: mrugająca 5x dioda wskazuje na T-CON, ale czy może być tak że jest ok tak jak led driver (obraz - podświetlony pojawia się na 1s) a paski diodowe nie działają prawidłowo i gdy system logiczny mierzy np pobór napięcia na pasku a dioda jest przerwana to wyłącza telewizor i wykazuje błąd?

NOTES
1-1. Replacing Service Parts for RB1 Series
1-2. USB Memory Format.
1. After replacing the B** board, Panel, you need to upgrade Software by
using the USB memory. (Upgrade Software even if replacing the Panel
only.)
2. Before upgrading Software, be sure to disconnect all cables.
3. After upgrading the version, you need to confirm the SEG, DEST,
MODELNAME, SERIAL, BU_TRANS and BU_FLASH from the Service
menu. (Incorrect settings affect the set's capabilities.)
4. When upgrading Software, be sure to download the most recent version.
(If the version of Software already on the repair board is newer than the
version of Software for upgrade, Software is not upgraded.)
1. There is no special restriction on USB memory. If you connect the USB
memory to the computer and it is recognized on the XMB, you can use it.
2. The USB memory can be formatted in either FAT or FAT32.
Remark : List of (B** Board); please refer to each segment Service
Manual for details.

2. Extract tvupdate file. (e.g. sony_tvupdate_2013_****_***_auth.zip)
*** may differ depend on the destination.

4. Copy the folder under root directory of USB device.
Note: The upgrade will not be performed if the folder structure, name of the
folder, or name of the file inside the folder is modified.

2-1.Service Procedure for B* board replacement.
1) Replace B** Board (Refer to each segment Service Manual for details).
2) After AC Plug-in(AC On), wait for 20s then turn on TV by power key on
TV or Remote Commander.
Note : a) Important: 20s wait is necessary for successful SW writing in
Task [3].
b) When you turn on the TV after replacing the B** board, there will be
two cases depend on the Model ID setting. Below are the example:
i) Panel : No Picture- SMART CORE LED :
Amber & Green blinking
Note :
Black font : Procedure/ Step
Red font : Caution ( Additional Info).
Blue font: Additional Info.
v) Status 1: Please wait awhile, until the SMART CORE LED will change to white blinking
then TV goes to Standby (Software update complete). Turn on TV. OR
v) Status 2: After SW completes, TV will reboot itself and message will appear to
indicate SW update complete.
Some user setting may have
changed during the update.
Please remove the USB device and
select " " OK to exit.

After TV goes to STBY status by Remote commander, Please input

1) Replace a panel module (Refer to each segment Service Manual for
Board (Tcon, Driver/ Converter & Panel) details).
2) After AC Plug-in(AC On), wait for 20s then turn on TV by power key on
TV or Remote Commander. Note : Important: 20s wait is necessary for
successful SW writing in Task [3].
b) When you turn on the TV after replacing Panel , there will be two

SERVICE PROCEDURE (TCON)
SERVICE PROCEDURE
( T-CON)
4-1. Service Procedure for TCON board replacement.
1) Replace a TCON board (Refer to each segment Service Manual for
Board (Tcon, Driver/ Converter & Panel) details).
2) After AC Plug-in(AC On), wait for 20s then turn on TV by power key on
TV or Remote Commander. Note : Important: 20s wait is necessary for
successful SW writing in Task [3].
b) When you turn on the TV after replacing T-CON , there will be two
cases depend on the PANEL ID setting. Below are the example:
i) Panel : No Picture- SMART CORE LED :
Amber & Green blinking
ii) Panel : Picture appear
SMART CORE LED : White Lit
.
3) Software update by USB memory. (refer to section 1.3 Preparing USB for
Upgrade)
i) Remove all signal connection.(antenna, external input, ether cable, etc)
ii) Insert the USB memory.
iii) If older software package version is used, smart core amber and
green LED will remain blinking. (Software can not update).

v) Status 1: Please wait awhile, until the SMART CORE LED will change to white blinking
then TV goes to Standby (Software update complete). Turn on TV. OR
v) Status 2: After SW completes, TV will reboot itself and message will appear to
indicate SW update complete/

4) TV on standby. Enter Service Mode. Press “i+ (info)”, “5”, “Volume +” then “TV
power” on remote.
Note : a) & lt; Restriction & gt; When TV power status is " Deep STBY Mode " , you
cannot enter Service Mode due to not receive the above SIRCS command..
b) & lt; Operation method & gt; (To enter this mode surely.)
After TV goes to STBY status by Remote commander, Please input
the sequence (four keys described above) by RC within 15 seconds (UC) or 1
minute (Other Destination).
5. i) Select VPC
a)
Press the “2/5” key on the remote commander to select 001 DATA_BACKUP.
b)
Press the “1/4” key on the remote commander to select 000 BU_FLASH.
c)
Press the “3/6” key on the remote commander to select from 0 to 1. Data
transfer will be done in few seconds.

iv)If valid file found, below message will appear. TV will reboot in a
minute after the USB device is inserted, then the Red LED lights and the
Amber LED blinks

b.Select “001 BU_NVM” item by pressing “1 / 4” on remote.
c.Change data from “0” to “1” by pressing “3 / 6” on remote.
d.Wait until data is changed from 1 to 2.
e.When data is changed from 1 to 2, restoring process is finished.
f.In case data is changed from 1 to 3, keep default setting. (No more
process is needed.)
6. After completing all the service adjustment changes, verify that the correct
Model ID and Product ID displays in the Service menu.
a.Press the OPTIONS key to go to the Digital Service menu. (There
are 3 Service menus “DIGITAL” “CHASSIS” “VPC”)
b.Verify the Software version, Model ID and Product ID are the
correct
